初探幼儿音乐教师集体备课的发展策略 教育教学专业VIP专享

摘 要随着学前教育事业的蓬勃发展，越来越多的教育者投入到学前教育的行列之中。“教师成才备课始”，集体备课作为幼儿园教研活动,有效提升了幼儿教师的专业化发展水平和教育教学质量。本研究主要采用文献法、访谈法和观察法三种研究方法，通过对所获取资料进行整理归纳分析，笔者发现，幼儿园音乐教师在参与集体备课过程中存在有形无质，幼儿园领导在备课管理中手段不够务实，备课观念相对保守死板等问题。针对存在的这些问题，笔者从四个不同角度分析产生原因，进而提出相应的可行性指导策略，希望能够给予幼儿音乐教师在集体备课方面更多的帮助，促使集体备课在幼儿园有效实施，从而不断地促进幼儿音乐教师教育教学能力发展，为教师未来的专业化发展奠定坚实可靠的基础。关键词：幼儿教师；音乐教师；集体备课AbstractWith the vigorous development of pre-school education, more and more educators into the ranks of pre-school education.
