城乡居民医保整合的实证检验研究【摘要】目前，城乡居民医保整合是我国医疗保险制度改革过程中的一个重点，这关系着人民福祉，这不仅对推进全民医保体系向实质的公平性、医疗保险制度可持续发展具有重要的意义，而且对提高居民医疗保障整体福利水平具有重要作用。但是，城乡居民医保整合也存在着城乡医疗资源分配不均、整合制度设计存在缺陷、医疗保险经办服务体系跟进不足、基金管理和监督制度缺位以及医保制度宣传不到位的问题。本文采用文献研究法通过对国内外文献进行分析，结合目前城乡居民医保整合的实际情况指出其中的问题，为城乡居民医保整合的有效实施提供可学习可应用的意见和建议，为今后城乡居民医保整合的开展提供参考。【关键词】城乡居民医保整合；实践经验；完善医保整合注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： B2019233 An Empirical Study on the Integration of the medical insurance for Urban and Rural residents[Abstract] Nowadays, the integration of the medical insurance for urban and rural residents is a focal point in the Process of Reforms of medical insurance in China. It’s important to people’s well-being, achieving the unfair and the sustainable developing medical insurance system, and increasing the welfare for people.
