本课题利用 Dynaform 对矩形水槽拉深进行了因素影响的有限元仿真分析
通过改变各工艺参数,讨论分析矩形件冲压成形的成形极限、板料的变薄与增厚情况,找出最优的分块压边圈方案,得出压边力、速度、凹模圆角半径、凹模转角半径等工艺参数的较优组合,可以有效地提高矩形件的冲压成形性能,为现实中零件的设计和生产提供一个可行的方案
