毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要冲压成形越来越多地应用在汽车制造业与其它工业中。矩形件是板材成形中的一种典型件,因此讨论影响矩形水槽冲压成形的各种因素是非常重要的。本课题利用 Dynaform 对矩形水槽拉深进行了因素影响的有限元仿真分析。通过改变各工艺参数,讨论分析矩形件冲压成形的成形极限、板料的变薄与增厚情况,找出最优的分块压边圈方案,得出压边力、速度、凹模圆角半径、凹模转角半径等工艺参数的较优组合,可以有效地提高矩形件的冲压成形性能,为现实中零件的设计和生产提供一个可行的方案。关键词 板料成形 矩形水槽 有限元分析毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要Title Finite Element Analysis a nd Research o f Rectangular Tank Stamping AbstractStamping is increasingly used in automobile manufacturing and other industries. Rectangular part is one of the typical workpieces in sheet metal forming process. It is very important to study on various factors which affecting stamping rectangular tank.The finite element analysis of the factor which affecting rectangular tank drawing is simulated via Dynaform. By changing the process parameters, the depth of forming, the changing of thickness and thinness during the forming process is analyzed. The optimal block the blank holder scheme is founded. A suitable combination of factors which includes blank holder force, punching speed, the die fillet radius, the die corner radius is gotten. Thus,it can effectively improve forming performance of rectangular piece.
