管接头注塑模设计说明书摘要:针对管接头制品的结构,结合注塑模设计的特点,通过对塑件进行工艺的分析和比较,最终设计出一套管接头注塑模具。本次设计从产品结构工艺性、具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、冷却系统、顶出系统、注塑机的选择和有关参数的校核都进行了详细的设计,同时简单的编制了模具的加工工艺。最终采纳的注塑模为一模两腔的三板式模具,通过四面滑块和型芯对制品进行成型,同时采纳三次分型的方法实现制品的顶出和凝料的脱除。经设计标明该模具能够实现制品的注塑成型并满足预定的质量要求。 关键词:注塑模具 管接头 UG 三维设计Abstract: according to the structure of pipe fittings products, combining the characteristics of injection molding design, through the process of plastic parts, analyze and compare the final design out a casing joint injection mold. This design from product structure manufaturability, specific mold structure of mould, starting the gating system, the structure of its molding part, cooling system, ejector systems, injection machine selection and related parameter checking makes a detailed design, and simple compiled the mould processing technology. The injection mold for finally adopted the three exactly two cavity board mold, through all the slider and cores, shaping of products by adopting the method of three points and realize products ejector material removal.
