北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Q2-8 型汽车起重机支腿液压系统的设计Q2-8 型汽车起重机支腿液压系统的设计摘 要面对我国汽车起重机的发展相对于国外还有一定的不足,而这些不足主要体现在产品质量的稳定性、智能化、自动化方面。随着国家基础建设的规模逐渐加大,许多生产场所对汽车起重机的需求也不断上升,汽车起重机的市场将会越来越大。本设计主要是想根据目前汽车起重机及其液压系统的发展现状,并结合国内外汽车起重机的运用现状和发展趋势,设计型号为 Q2-8 型的汽车起重机的支腿液压系统。通过阅读大量国内外相关文献和调研市场上已存在的产品,对 Q2-8 型汽车起重机的功能和工作原理进行了深入的了解和分析。具体包括 Q2-8 型汽车起重机支腿液压系统总体方案的设计计算,回路的组成设计,相应液压元件及辅助装置的设计及选择;并结合支腿机构的主要参数对支腿机构强度校核与分析;通过对系统压力损失的验算和发热校核,判定液压系统设计的合理性。关键词:汽车起重机;支腿;液压系统;设计计算北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of Hydraulic System for Supporting Leg of Q2-8 Truck CraneAbstractIn the face of the development of China's auto crane compared with foreign countries, there are still some deficiencies, which are mainly reflected in the stability, intelligence and automation of product quality.
