200kw 水冷冷水机组设计摘 要随着经济的发展,目前人们的生活越来越离不开制冷设备,但是在人类所产生的能耗中,建筑能耗所占的比了高达十分之三。制冷备是建筑能耗的主要产生装置,所以为了进行节能减排,对制冷设备进行更新换代就显得尤为必要。水冷机组是重要的制冷设备,改进冷水机组能对节能减排有积极意义。在本设计中,通过资料查找,对制冷循环、制冷剂进行了对比,选择环保型 R134a作为制冷剂对冷水机组进行设计。在设计过程中,本文进行了压缩机选型软件,然后进行了冷凝器和蒸发器的设计计算,同时还设计计算选择了其他相关的部件,如节流阀、冷却塔等。最后通过系统设计,完成 200kw 水冷冷水机组的设计。 关键词:水冷;R134a;冷水机组;200kw Design of 200kw water cooled chillerAbstractWith the development of economy, people's life is more and more inseparable from refrigeration equipment, but in the energy consumption of human beings, the proportion of building energy consumption is as high as three tenths.
