基于PLC的枕式包装机控制系统设计研究分析

基于 PLC 的枕式包装机控制系统设计摘要：因为国内包装方面的技术的发展的很慢，在包装技术方面一直落后于国外的发展。一直到 1970 年左右，在北京的一个企业里面引进了第一个包装机，然后在之后的慢慢发展中，中国在包装方面的技术也越来越成熟。本文旨在介绍中国枕式包装机的原理和设计，借 PLC 系统来把指令方面的要求传递到机械里，从而实现自动控制运行的操作，高效的实现这些功能。依据一系列的设计和调整之后发现：基于 PLC 的枕式包装机控制系统可以使设备运行的更加可靠，然后就能够实现操作的目的，并且也可以把这个运作到具体的工作中。Abstract:Because of the slow development of packaging technology in China, the development of packaging technology has been lagging behind that of foreign countries. Until about 1970, the first packaging machine was introduced into an enterprise in Beijing, and then gradually developed, China's packaging technology has become more and more mature. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the principle and design of pillow packing machine in China. By means of PLC system, the requirements of instructions are transmitted to the machine, so as to realize the operation of automatic control and realize these functions efficiently.
