摘 要建筑业在经济系统中占有举足轻重的地位，随着房地产和政府投资及市场化的高速成长，规模也在迅速扩大，工程项目的管理方式有了非常大的变化，从以前的分阶段的管理慢慢变成全生命周期式的管理。基于 BIM 的理念和技术，给项目的成本管理带来了全新的技术和方法。通过对 BIM 技术的研究，建立以 BIM 技术为基础的全生命周期的成本管理的模式，分析 BIM 在成本管理各个阶段的应用从而有效改善工程项目每个过程的成本工作的现状，提高工作人员的效率并提升项目的成本管理效力。本文将结合帆船酒店这个案例进行分析，通过研究 BIM 在设计、招投标、施工前期准备、施工、竣工运营等过程中的应用，系统整理和概括了可以通过 BIM 技术改善工程项目全生命周期的成本管理的方法，体现了 BIM 技术在其中的应用价值，为建设单位和施工单位供给了实际的依据，进一步明确BIM 技术在成本工作中的意义，从而促进工程项目全生命周期的成本管理全面、高效、高质量地顺利开展。关键词：BIM 技术； 工程项目； 全生命周期； 成本管理ABSTRACT Construction is a significant role in the economic system, with the marketization of real estate and government investment and high growth, its scale is in the rapidly expanding.
