摘 要在幼儿的成长过程中,游戏具有至关重要的作用,游戏可以给幼儿带来乐趣,也会教会幼儿知识。由于幼儿各方面发展的有限性,游戏中会出现情节停滞不前等诸多突发因素,幼儿不能独立解决,需要教师的帮助幼儿完成游戏,使幼儿在做游戏的过程中既感受到快乐,又可以得到发展。本研究主要分为三大部分,首先对介入方式进行认识和分析介入的原因,教师介入幼儿游戏主要是因为游戏情节的停滞不前,没达到游戏预期目标及游戏中出现危险因素和违反游戏规则等现象。其次探究教师的专业能力、教师在游戏中的期待及教师对自身的定位对教师选择哪种介入方式的影响作用。最后针对影响因素找出优化教师介入幼儿游戏方式的策略,主要有加强教师的专业能力和专业知识的培训,使教师明确在幼儿游戏中的角色地位,提升教师的反思能力。从而帮助教师用正确的方式介入幼儿游戏,提升游戏在幼儿教育中的价值,为我国基础教育打下坚实的基础。关键词:幼儿教师;游戏;介入方式AbstractGame is the main way in children's learning, life, how to make the game in the process of the growth of young children entertainment, look carefully and actively guide and intervene in children's game in the right way, this article through to the early childhood teachers in interviews and observation of preschool teachers in the process of the game is the way how to intervene, to produce the phenomenon is analyzed, and discussed the necessity of teachers' involvement in children's games and factors influencing the way of teachers' involvement in children's games.The right way to get involved in early childhood games is a parallel intervention, vertical intervention and intersections.
