摘 要伴随社会的发展，教育越来越受大家关注，特别是幼儿教师。本研究是调查咸阳市幼儿教师团队的专业素质。其次，使用问卷、文献和观察法。主要分析了幼儿教师的专业素质，并调查了咸阳市幼儿教师专业素质的现有状况，概括研究现阶段主要的问题，并想出相应的改进措施，以达到进行该研究的目的。全文分为五节，内容如下：第一节，绪论主要介绍研究背景、目的及意义，还解释了相关名词。第二节是研究设计，涉及研究内容、对象以及方法几个方面。第三节是咸阳市幼儿教师专业素质的现状分析，主要从专业理念与师德、专业知识和能力进行分析，发现幼儿教师在这方面存在的不足。第四节从教师自身 、 幼儿园以及政府三方面对造成这些不足的原因进行了分析。第五部分也是从教师、园所以及政府三方面提出了相对应的解决对策。关键词：幼儿教育；幼儿教师；专业素质AbstractWith the development of society, education is getting more and more attention, especially preschool teachers.
