摘 要幼儿在进入幼儿园这个全新的环境中,难免会出现不适应的表现。本研究采用观察法和问卷调查法从幼儿入园适应困难的表现、影响因素以及干预策略三方面进行了详细的阐述,其中影响因素包括:家庭教养方式、父母焦虑、家长对教师的态度,幼儿的年龄、气质类型、亲子依恋类型以及已有的自理能力,幼儿园班级规模、作息制度、以及教师的因素。并针对这些影响因素提出针对性的教育策略:家长要在幼儿入园前做好自己和幼儿的准备工作;幼儿园的班级规模要小一些、特别照顾适应困难较严重的幼儿,设立较灵活的作息制度;教师不仅要注重自我的提升,还要提前了解幼儿,为幼儿做好准备,在幼儿入园后,还要对其进行适当的引导和帮助,同时要与家长配合,共同努力。从而帮助幼儿顺利度过入园适应期。关键词:入园适应;适应困难;策略AbstractChildren in the kindergarten into the new environment, it is inevitable that there will be no adaptive performance. This study adopts the methods of observation and questionnaire to difficult, from the child admission influencing factors and intervention strategies in three aspects in detail, the factors include: parenting style, parental anxiety, parents' attitudes toward the children's age, temperament, parent-child attachment type and the self-care ability, the kindergarten class size and schedule system, and teachers' factors.
