摘 要学前期作为幼儿教育的基础阶段，也是幼儿人格发展的关键期。加强幼儿园教育中人文关怀的教育更是对幼儿人格发展，性格发展具有重要意义。 本文旨在通过对当今幼儿园教育中人文关怀现状的研究，分析当前我国幼儿园在教学活动、保育活动、家庭教育等方面的缺失现状，并从学校、家庭、社会等方面进行原因分析，针对缺失问题提出相应的解决对策：如提升幼儿园园长和教师人文素养；确立幼儿园教学活动、幼儿园保教活动、内部管理机制、家庭教育、社会风气等人文关怀取向，彰显人文关怀在幼儿园教育中的重要性，探索人文关怀对幼儿一生发展的重要性，改善幼儿园管理方式、提高教师人文素质、促进幼儿发展。关键词：幼儿园教育；人文关怀； 缺失；对策AbstractAs the basic stage of early childhood education, preschool period is the key period of the development of children's personality.
