幼儿园延时服务的组织与实施研究分析 学前教育专业VIP专享

摘 要幼儿园延时服务是指幼儿园在正常服务时间之外所开展的在国家有关方针政策的指导下，遵循幼儿教育及幼儿身心发展规律的基础上所实施的对幼儿教育和保育的活动。本文主要就幼儿园开展延时服务的意义、现状、问题及组织与实施等问题进行了分析论述。幼儿园开展延时服务的主要意义是为了更好地实现服务功能，促进师幼互动以及提升幼儿园美誉度。根据幼儿园开展延时服务在时间、内容和组织形式三方面的现状，总结出四大问题值得我们关注，包括教育工作者对延时服务的认识与重视度不够、工作制度不够完善、缺少独特的活动内容和组织形式单一。并针对这些幼儿园开展延时服务中存在的问题提出了相关的对策，包括提高教育工作者对延时服务的认识，健全工作制度，开展丰富独特的活动内容以及灵活地应用多种组织形式。从而来推动幼儿园延时服务的正向发展。关键词：延时服务；问题；组织与实施AbstractKindergarten delay service refers to the kindergarten development in addition to the normal Business Hours in national policy under the guidance of the implementation of the basic law of the development of preschool education and follow the children's body and mind on early childhood education and care activities.
