长期护理保险实施背景下城市老年人的居家护理问题研究——以广州市为例摘 要 最近对国家社会政策进行的相关改革表明，社会服务已转变到了下一个阶段。随着人口老龄化，现有的家庭结构无法履行其抚养义务，这要求政府加强对老年人的社会照料责任，而现有的保健系统和传统的家庭照料模式已不足以满足在新的照料和护理条件下城市的老年人的需求。根据对国家和国际研究结果的审查，本文通过概述了保险实施背景下城市老年人的居家护理问题的背景和意义，分析了广州市老年人的居家护理问题现状，分析了目前国内居家护理的问题及原因，并在居家护理的范围内为城市地区老年人的居家护理提供了适当的应对措施。关键词：城市老年人；居家护理；广州AbstractThe recent reform of the national social policy shows that the social service has been transformed to the next stage. With the aging of the population, the existing family structure is unable to fulfill its maintenance obligations, which requires the government to strengthen its social care responsibility for the elderly. However, the existing health care system and traditional family care mode are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of the urban elderly under the new care and nursing conditions.
