我国网络货币的进展与政策讨论 摘 要：随着网络货币规模的迅速膨胀，人们开始忧虑这种新生事物会对我们的生活产生怎样的影响？人民币是否会因此而受到冲击？相关部门对它应该持有怎样的态度？是否应该对其实行措施？本文首先通过大量实例的考察，对我国网络货币进行了定义与类型划分；其次在经济学理论基础上，分析了网络货币在当前以及未来对经济所产生的影响；最后，提出政策建议。 关键词：网络货币；货币职能；经济影响  Abstract：With increasing of the scale of the network currency in China, people start to consider how influence this kind of newly emerging things will have to our life? Whether the Renminbi could therefore be under the impingement? What attitude the relative departments should have towards it? And what policies should be take? In order to answer those questions, the paper firstly, through studying massive cases, gives the definition to our country s network currency, and divides them into three types; Secondly, based on the economics theory, the paper analyzes the influnece, broughted by the network currency, on realistic economy in current years and in the future; Finally, puts forward some policy proposals to the relative departments． Keyword: network currency；currency s function；influence in economy  随着人类社会的进展，充当货币角色的商品总是在不断的演变着，从最初的石子、贝壳到后来的家畜、粮食、布匹和盐；从铜、铁、金、银等贵金属，到最终纸币的出现，无不体现着社会生产力的进步[1]。社会的进步不会停下脚步，因而货币的演化也不会停止。今日，当人类社会进入到了互联网的时代，又该轮到谁充当货币的角色呢？候选者已经出现，那就是网络虚拟货币，简称网络货币或虚拟货币。 2025 年 6 月 21 日，互联网讨论和咨询机构易观国际发布了《2025 年第一季度中国第三方电子支付市场监测报告》。该报告显示，中国第三方电子支付市场交易额总规模在 2025 年第 1 季度已达到 143．26亿元，其中互联网支付的市场规模达到139．31 亿，占整个第三方电子支付市场的97%，相比去年第四...
