抚触在婴儿生长发育影响的临床观察 【关键词】 抚触 摘要：目的：观察抚触对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法：将 120 例正常足月新生儿，随机分成两组，观察组与对比组各 60例。观察组新生儿每天进行抚触 2 次，每次 15min，42d 后观察其效果，并与对比组对比分析。结果：观察组婴儿摄入奶量高于对比组，观察组婴儿在头围，身长，体重方面有显着性 P＜ 并且观察组的婴儿觉醒，睡眠节律更好，反应也更灵敏。结论：抚触可促进婴儿生长发育和神经系统的发育。 关键词:抚触;婴儿;生长发育 Clinical Observation of the Dauting Affecting the Growth of the Infant Abstract: Objective: To observe the influence of the growth to the dauted infants. Method: 120 normal infants were randomly divided into two average teams. The observed infants were dauted 2 times everyday,15 minutes each and contrasted with the comparison team after 42days. Result: The observed infants drunk milk more than the comparison team . The observed infants were notable in the head round, height and the weight. Conclusion: The dauting can promote the growth of body and the nervous system of infant. Key words:Daut;Infant;Growth 抚触是一种通过对婴儿皮肤进行科学的温柔刺激，可刺激机体表面的感受器，调整大脑皮层和各脏腑的功能，从而促进婴儿强身健体，有益于婴儿生长发育。我科自 2000 年 6 月开展新生婴儿抚触，取得了良好的效果。现将结果报告以下 1 对象与方法 1 对象：我科从 2000年 6 月开始，对在我院住院分娩的足月正常体重儿，Apgar 评分在 8 分以上，42d 内纯母乳喂养作为观察对象。共 120 例，随机分两组，一组为观察组，一组为对比组，每组各 60 例，两组出生时无明显差异。观察组男 38 例，女 22 例，对比组男 36 例，女 24 例，应用双盲法测定和记录各项指标，产妇平均年龄在岁，中专以上文化程度，其中第一胎占 99%。2 方法 1．2．1 对 120 例新生儿由专人于出生时准确测量头围、身高、体重并记录 24h摄入奶量，排泄情况，神经反射、情绪、睡眠、觉醒等。住院期间由护士记录，并教会产妇及家属，出院后由母亲及家属记录。 1．2．2 抚触前准备：抚触房间温度必须调...
