The Siemens S7-300 PLC controller is the core of the system. The control program is compiled by using the STEP 7 software. The human-machine interface is designed with the WinCC flexible software to realize the real-time monitoring of the system. By inputting the corresponding control signal through the human-machine interface, each actuating mechanism of the methane tank can be controlled. The system is able to convert the data it collected. Comparison between the actual value and set value can be performed, to realize the intelligent control of the methane tank. The controller runs well during debugging in the laboratory.
