Teaching plan一. Teaching contentIntroduction-Vocabulary and Speaking and Everyday English in module 6二. Teaching aims:1. knowledge goals: know some spare parts composed of computer have a general idea about compute learn some useful expressions for shopping2. ability goals: talk something about computer briefly use words and expressions for shopping correctly3. moral goals: get students make full use of internet know the rapid developing society 三. Teaching important points:1. usage of words and phrases about computer2. usage of useful expressions for shopping四.Teaching difficult points: use expressions for shopping correctly五.Teaching procedure:Step1. lead-in1. ask students “Do you like computer?”. get students discuss “ How many spare parts is composed of computer? What are they?” two minutes later, ask them to speak out their answers in English as possible as they can, then write down their answers on the blackboard. e.g. monitor screen mouse CD-ROM keyboard hard disk2. have a discussion with students about each spare partsStep2. Introduction1. get students open their book and turn to P51 complete activity 1 and activity 3, then check answers with students2. learn the new words with students then finish the exercise in activity 3( explain the difficult words and teach the students to pronounce the words they don’t know) Step3. Everyday EnglishT: After we have talked about internet, now let’s turn to another part. Image you are a shop assistant, when a customer come to your shop to buy something, what would you say?( give students 2 minutes to discussion)T: OK, now turn to P58, let’s learn some useful expressions for shopping(analyze the following sentences and explain some difficult sentences in activity 1, then ask students to read these expressions)ask students to make a dialogue with partner according to the picture in activity 1. get students to play the roles of a customer and a shop assistant by using the these expressions, then ask some groups to act out their dialogue.Step4. Summary ask students to discuss “What have you learned this class?” then give the summary.Step5. Homework1. review the words and expressions we have learned in this unit2. preview Reading and Vocabulary
