农产品质量安全管理的现状与发展研究——以山东省安丘市为例摘要农产品安全问题不仅关系人的生存和身体健康，而且关系到一个国家和区域的经济、政治、社会稳定，在国际贸易中直接影响着一个国家的声誉。适应市场经济体制要求，提高农产品质量，增强农产品国际市场竞争力，已成为保障群众切身利益、构建和谐社会的迫切需要，成为发展现代农业，促进农民增收、农业增效、农村发展的重要手段。本文以安丘市农产品质量安全管理为中心，综合运用文献分析、调查研究等方法，对安丘市农产品质量安全管理进行了理实研究，分析了安丘农业产业发展现状和农产品质量安全管理基本情况以及在农产品质量安全管理中所取得的成绩，然后又对安丘市农产品质量安全管理“三品”认证情况进行了分析，指出了安丘市农产品质量安全管理工作存在的问题和农产品质量安全管理需要开展的主要工作。在全面总结安丘市农产品质量安全管理经验做法的基础上，指出了实施农产品质量安全管理，关键在严格遵循农产品质量安全法律法规实施生产、构建合理的农产品质量安全管理标准体系、加强安丘市农产品质量安全管理技术支持、强化安丘市农产品质量安全管理认证工作和建设标准的农产品质量安全管理检验检测体系。关键词：农产品质量安全；质量安全管理；“三品”认证AbstractSafety of agricultural products not only to human survival and health, but also to a national and regional economic, political and social stability in international trade directly affects a country's reputation.
