摘 要大数据时代是一个数据量巨大、种类繁多、传播速度快等具有多样特征的时代。大数据时代的到来，正在潜移默化的改变着人们了解世界的方式，影响着社会的各个领域。大数据时代到来的同时，大数据技术蓬勃发展，也创造了庞大的价值量，身为地方各个领域的管理者的地方政府应该结合自身的实际状况加大对大数据技术的研究与应用，以此提高大数据的价值与自身的社会治理。本文首先将大数据以及地方政府社会管理的相关概念进行一定的阐述，并通过文献分析法与系统分析法，了解国内外的发展状况，分析了当前我国地方政府在利用大数据技术方面的现状。大数据为地方政府的社会治理带来了新的方式与途径，取得了推动决策科学化民主化、提高治理的及时性、推动公共服务的人性化等成就。虽然地方政府在现阶段在利用大数据方面取得一些成果，但是伴随而来的是新问题的出现。面临大数据所带来的困境，怎样转变治理的思维、采用什么样的方式与方法进行社会治理、如何解决大数据需要的专业人才以及技术平台、怎样加强制度建设，成为地方政府急需处理的问题。因此分析造成问题的原因，加深大数据与地方政府社会治理的结合以推进地方政府社会治理向前发展，是地方政府在大数据时代中最重要的任务。关键词：大数据；地方政府；社会治理； AbstractThe era of big data is an era with various characteristics such as huge amounts of data, various types, and high speed of propagation.
