老城改造规划设计中应注意的问题老城改造规划设计中应注意的问题 摘要：随着我国城市化进程的不断加快，老城改造逐渐进入了一个全新的进展阶段。老城改造指的是局部或者整体性的更新和改造老城市的物质生活环境，从而能够更好的改善居民的生活服务、劳动等条件。但在各城市的老城改造中，普遍存在一些问题，需引起相关部门的重视。本文首先分析了老城改造规划中存在的普遍问题，然后阐述了改造中应遵循的原则，并以开封和新乡为例，探讨了老城改造中的不同模式，最后对老城改造规划中应加强的环节提出了建议。 关键词：老城；改造规划；历史文化；商业街；宏观调控 Abstract: With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, the Old Town transformation gradually entering a new stage of development. Old Town renovation is local or global updates and the transformation of the old city substances living environment, and thus better able to improve residents' living services, labor conditions. However, in the transformation of the city's Old Town, the prevalence of some issues that need to cause the attention of the relevant departments.
