中丰粮食物流项目风险评估与应对策略研究学位大学本科毕业论文

摘要流通是粮食生产和消费的纽带，粮食物流项目能够提高粮食快速中转能力。粮食物流项目在建设和运营过程中面临很多难以预测的风险，其中一些风险直接关系着项目的成败。识别并评估项目风险，制定相应的风险对策，从而有效地控制风险，显得十分重要。本文在国内外讨论的基础上，对于诸城市中丰粮油物流有限公司粮食物流项目建设过程中可能存在的风险，决定采纳 SWOT 分析法，进行粮食物流项目的风险识别，运用层次分析法，建立粮食物流项目风险评价模型，根据风险评价结果，有针对性地制定粮食物流项目风险对策来应对风险。本文试图探讨建立粮食物流项目风险识别和评估的理论方法，以引起相关项目管理者对粮食物流项目建设过程风险控制讨论的重视，为其在粮食物流项目的风险管理过程中提供一些决策支持。关键词：粮食物流；建设过程；项目风险；风险控制Research on Grain Logistics Project Construction Process Risk Controls Abstract: Circulation is a link grain production and consumption, transit capacity to increase grain fast.Grain logistics project in the construction and operation of the process of face many unpredictable risks, some risk is directly related to project success.
