在 电 子 商 务 环 境 下 企 业 逆 向 物 流 管 理 模 式 讨 论摘 要从整个供应链角度来看，完整的物流系统应包括正向物流和逆向物流，逆向物流作为物流学领域中的一个新的分支，其重要性越来越被认识。作为物流学中一个新的讨论领域，逆向物流有很强的实际讨论价值。特别是对电子商务企业而言，逆向物流管理是否有效决定着其是否能在激烈的市场竞争中生存下去。由于电子商务的网络虚拟性，电子商务的进展离不开逆向物流的支持，逆向物流和电子商务的融合己经成为不可逆转的进展趋势。本文就是通过对国内外有关逆向物流的文献讨论以及对某医药企业电子商务逆向物流情况的实际调研，探讨了基于电子商务的企业逆向物流管理问题。关键词：逆向物流；电子商务；层次分析法；博弈论E-commerce environment of Reverse Logistics ManagementAbstractFrom the perspective of the entire supply chain, complete logistics system should include forward logistics and reverse logistics, reverse logistics logistics field as a new branch, and its importance is increasingly recognized.
