基 于 Freescale HCS12 系 列 单 片 机 的 结 晶 器 振 动 控制—— 振 动 波 形 发 生摘 要在现代钢铁企业中,结晶器是连铸工艺的关键设备,为保证连铸生产的顺利进行,需要通过一个控制装置使结晶器按一定的规律振动。目前,先进的连铸机结晶器主要采纳电液伺服振动装置, 它可以方便地实现正弦波形和非正弦波形等多种振动规律、实时显示振动波形、在线修改振动参数、自动化程度高,是连铸生产中提高板坯表面和内在质量的先进技术。本设计的控制系统以Freescale HCS12系列单片机为核心,通过双缓冲方式D/A 转换电路,可产生方波、三角波、锯齿波、正弦波以及非正弦波等多种波形,通过所产生的波形可以对结晶器进行振动控制。本设计以正弦波的产生和调试为主,从而达到我们预期的目的。关键词:结晶器;振动控制系统;Freescale单片机;正弦波;Series Vibration Control System Mold Based on the Freescale HCS12 MCU—— Mold Vibration Waveform HappenAbstractIn the modern enterprises of the iron and steel, mold is the key equipment of the continuous casting process, in order to ensure the smooth progress of production, through a control device makes mold according to the definit law of vibration.
