摘要传统的冶炼厂矿石供料控制系统是一种基于继电接触器和人工手动方式的半自动化系统。但随着冶炼厂规模的扩大,对矿石的需求量大大提高,传统的供料系统已无法满足冶炼厂的需要。本文在对传统供料控制系统进行了认真的分析与讨论后,结合相关理论和技术,制定出一套由 PLC 为控制核心的皮带传输供料控制系统。为了实现供料系统的稳定运行,处理诸如皮带跑偏、打滑及撕裂等问题,在主电路中用传感器检测故障信号,软件中调用相应传感器检测到的故障信号处理子程序并执行处理。运用皮带运输线进行矿石供料大大提高了工作效率。在 PLC 中应用子程序的方式,不仅便于实现多种运行方式,而且大大提高了程序的可维护性和可靠性。经过实验室供料控制系统的仿真,表明了该供料控制系统运行的正确性、有用性。关键词:PLC、矿石供料系统、组态软件ABSTRACTThe traditional ore feed system of metallurgical plant is a half-automation system based on relay connect and manual work. But along with the development in scale, the ore requirement of metallurgical plant increases greatly. The traditional ore transfer system can’t meet the needs of these metallurgical plants any more.This paper worked out a suitable feeding system control program through serious analysis and research. In order to implement the optimal control of the feeding system, After sufficient consideration of the failure and the reliability factors and combining with related theory and technology, the paper proposed a belt feeding control system for the control of middle-little belt transmission. Ore transport lines using belt feed greatly increases the efficiency. Using the way of subroutine in the PLC not only facilitates the implement of manifold run-mode, but also enhances the program’s maintainability and reliability.
