基于 S7-200 PLC 的电梯控制系统设计[摘要]电梯作为现代高层建筑的垂直交通工具,与人们的生活紧密联系,随着人们对电梯运行的安全性、高效性、舒适性、方便性等要求的不断提高,让电梯得到快速进展。本文介绍了一种基于力控组态软件和西门子可编程控制器的电梯控制系统。该控制系统使用西门子S7-200系列的可编程控制器CPU226作为控制器,实现对电梯的精确控制;并利用装有力控组态软件的工控机作为上位机,来对电梯控制系统进行监控和数据采集。CPU226和上位机采纳PPI接口来进行数据通讯和交换。分析了电梯的控制原理,对控制系统的硬件结构、软件设计和力控组态画面进行了较详细的说明。该电梯控制系统具有层楼信号的产生与消除、停层信号的登记与消除、电梯的定向、停车信号、开关门环节及报警等功能。[关键词]电梯;可编程控制器;控制;组态软件Design of elevator control system based on S7-200 PLCZhang Jing(Grade07,Class1,Major Observation and control technology and instrument, School of Mechanical engineering, Shaanxi University of Technology, Han zhong 723003 Shanxi )tutor: Wang MingwuAbstract: As elevator is the vertical traffic tools of a modern high-rise buildings, it closely contact with people's life .as people’s requirements for safe running ,high efficiency, comfort and convenience the unceasing enhancement of the elevator , the elevator has fast developed.
