摘 要控 制 技 术 在 现 代 生 活 和 生 产 中 扮 演 着 越 来越 重 要 的 角 色 。 为 了 实 现 较 高 精 度 的 水 温 控 制该 设 计 运 用 单 片 机89C51 为 控 制 核 心 、 开 关 控 制以 及 利 用 组 态 软 件 相 结 合 的 方 法 来 实 现 水 温 控制 。 该 系 统 以 锅 炉 水 温 作 为 被 控 制 对 象 ， 运 用热 电 阻 测 量 锅 炉 水 温 ， 经 放 大 后 送 入 ADC0809将 测量得到的模拟量转化为数字量送入到单片机89C51中 ， 利 用 89C51进 行 处 理 。 同 时 该 系 统 将 测 量结 果 送 显 示 屏 显 示 。 该 系 统 再 根 据 处 理 后 的 结果 来 控 制 继 电 器 的 通 断 以 此 来 控 制 电 炉 加 热 和电 磁 阀 的 开 断 ， 既 而 达 到 控 制 锅 炉 的 水 温 。 控制 过 程 中 出 现 异 常 情 况 ， 声 光 报 警 器 发 出 报 警信 号 。 该 系 统 的 通 信 是 利 用 组 态 软 件 将 单 片 机与 上 位 机 相 连 ， 达 到 远 程 控 制 水 温 的 目 的 。 该系 统 的 特 点 是 电 路 简 单 、 程 序 简 短 、 系 统 可 靠性 高 。关 键 词 89C51, ADC0809, 组 态 软 件 MCGS ABSTRACTControl a technique to play a more and more important role in the modern the life and the industry.
