图书分类号：密 级：摘 要本 文 主 要 设 计 了 一 种 以AT89S51单 片 机 为 核 心 的 产品 自 动 装 箱 控 制 系 统 ， 能 够 对 自 动 化 生 产 流 水 线 上的 产 品 进 行 精 确 的 计 数 和 装 箱 。 主 体 部 分 采 纳 两 条传 送 带 ， 一 条 是 包 装 箱 传 送 带 ， 另 一 条 是 产 品 传 送带 。 对 产 品 计 数 采 纳 光 电 传 感 器 ， 并 与 单 片 机 AT89S51接 口 ， 再 通 过 单 片 机 对 沟 通 电 机 的 控 制 ， 实 现 产 品的 自 动 装 箱 。 本 设 计 的 内 容 分 为 两 部 分 ： 物 品 传 动皮 带 机 构 设 计 ， 单 片 机 控 制 电 路 设 计 。 其 中 物 品 传动 皮 带 机 构 与 带 式 输 送 机 的 结 构 相 似 ， 该 带 式 输 送装 置 由 输 送 带 ， 托 辊 ， 驱 动 装 置 ， 拉 紧 装 置 等 组 成 。而 单 片 机 控 制 部 分 主 要 分 析 了 单 片 机 与 光 电 传 感 器协 同 工 作 和 数 据 处 理 等 方 面 。 通 过 单 片 机 对 电 动 机等 各 机 械 部 分 的 控 制 来 实 现 系 统 要 求 ， 从 而 达 到 自动 化 生 产 的 水 平 。关键词 自动装箱；单片机；光电检测；输送装置AbstractThis paper has mainly designed an automatic packing control system for products. The core is monolithic computer of AT89S51. It carries on the precise counting and packing for the products on the automation process line. The main part uses two conveyor belts. One is package conveyor belt, and the other is product conveyor belt. The photoelectric sensor is used for the product counting and connects with the monolithic computer of AT89S51.
