毕 业 设 计题 目 小型印刷厂单头铁丝订书机的设计 学 院 机械工程学院 专 业 机械工程及自动化 班 级 机自 0703 班 学 生 孙学伟 学 号 20250403158 指导老师 张冰 二〇一一 年 五 月 三十 日摘 要随着我国印刷工业的不断进展和装订自动化技术的不断提高,市场对铁丝订书设备的需求不断加大。同时,随着人们健康环保意识的不断增强,使得人们对订书设备工作性能的要求越来越高,特别是从事印刷装订工作的劳动者们。正是基于这种情况,一种新型自动化铁丝订书机机开始在市场上出现。本文对铁丝订书机的讨论分为两个部分:第一部分是对铁丝订书机的传动系统结构进行设计计算,利用以往设计减速器的知识来设计这部分,传动结构主要是通过V带传动和链传动。还涉及到一些零部件的设计计算和校核。第二部分主要是对铁丝订书机的工作部分即机头进行阐述,并没有涉及到计算方面,但是参考大量的有关书籍和文献后方才对这部分做出了明确的表达。在对本课题的讨论和论文的编写过程中,参考了大量文献,对于一些重要的信息作了系统的归纳总结。使文章更具有说服力,并且突出了课题讨论的重要意义。关键词:铁丝订书机;传动结构;V 带传动;链传动ABSTRACTWith the continuous development of the printing industry and binding automation technology continues to improve, the market demand for the wire stapler equipment is increasing.
