卡尔曼滤波器在多元信号融合中的应用讨论摘要为了得到可以实时准确反映实际煤发热量的信号,讨论了一种基于卡尔曼滤波的信息融合方法,结合卡尔曼滤波器预估-校正过程,用实验室分析法的化验值校正基于负荷-压力动态模型计算的发热量值,进而减小其静态误差,得到一个动态误差小准确度高的融合结果。经不同工况下机组实际运行数据验证,融合后的信号能实时反映实际煤发热量的变化趋势且能解决模型误差和给煤量波动导致动态法静态精度低的问题,静态误差小于3%,可以满足现场对信号动态响应速度和静态精度的要求。关键词:煤发热量;实时校正;卡尔曼滤波;信息融合 RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF KALMAN FILTER IN MULTI SIGNAL FUSIONAbstractA new method of information fusion based on Kalman Filter is studied for getting the signal which reflects the actual calorific value of coal real-time and accuracy. By combining predictor-corrector process of Kalman Filter, calorific value based on load-pressure dynamic model is corrected by assay value obtained from laboratory analytical method. So that the static error is reduced and a fusion result with little dynamic error and high accuracy is obtained. Verified by actual operation data under different cases, the signal after fusion can reflect the actual calorific value of coal in real time and the problem of low accuracy of static dynamic method caused by the model error and the coal quantity fluctuation is also solved.
