毕 业 设 计题 目 B3 区城市办公建筑方案设计 学 院 土木建筑学院 专 业 建筑学 班 级 建筑 1101 班 学 生 学 号 指导老师 二〇一六 年 六 月 十五 日摘 要 随着城市的进展，城市综合体慢慢兴起。城市综合体给城市带来了很多很多的好处，同时给城市带来更多功能的开发，一开始我们仅仅着眼于单一功能的城市体块处理，纯办公、纯居住、纯商业。但这些单一的建筑体块各有各的工作时间，各有各的领地，给人以互不干扰的感觉。使得城市土地利用率低且到了傍晚一些区域死气沉沉。而现在受到多种方面无论是科技，还是人文的影响，这些单体越来越不有用，既浪费占地面积又浪费时间，而把他们设计在一起，各自有各自的出入通道，互相联系又互不干扰，各种功能相互协调共存，24 小时的利用且节约了一半的面积又使得该片区充满了活力。本文通过对城市综合体的剖析介绍，提出了自己的设计理念，通过对建筑人文、新兴科技的分析进行高层综合办公楼设计。关键词：商业办公；造型分析；设计理念ABSTRACTWith the development of the city, city complex.
