摘 要随着 Internet 技术的进展,人们的生活越来越离不开网络。人才的流动已经成为当今社会的严重问题,目前社会正在不断的扩招人才，传统的招聘已经不能满足人们需求，传统的招聘，不仅给人们带来很多的不便，而且时间和空间的限制,让许多人失去了找工作的好机会｡因此人们开发网上招聘系统，为企业还有求职者提供了方便､简洁的平台,这种新的网络招聘方式将是未来进展的一个趋势。此网上招聘网站，采纳 JSP 技术进行开发,选用 MySql 作为后台数据库。论文首先对相应的技术进行介绍，然后论述了系统的开发背景和设计目标。在系统分析中，对系统的模型进行简单分析，明确系统的操作流程。在需求分析结果的基础上，对系统的功能模块进行划分。对系统进行详细的设计，包括数据库，各功能模块的设计的介绍。关键词：JSP MySql 招聘网站 模块ABSTRACTWith the development of the Internet technology, the life of people more and more tied to the Internet.
