AbstractAt present, the juvenile guardianship system has become an important legal system for any legal states, since it has experienced on going development. Being limited by his or her own behavioral competence, juveniles must be looked after by their guardians in their personal rights and properties. This is done as to protect their own personal legal rights, which is a necessity for both the survival of the juveniles and the present development of society. However, with the social relationship becoming more and more complex, with a deficiency of the dictation for the parental rights over the guardianship for juveniles, and with a lack of supervision on the guardians，the juvenile guardianship system fails to meet the demands of the present development of society. Therefore，the juvenile guardianship system wants immediate enhancement. This paper is mainly written with an enhancement-oriented for the juvenile guardianship system. First, the importance of improving the system was put forward.
