摘 要 安置房的规划设计在我国目前城市化进程中的变得越来越重要，安置房的设计坚持安全、环保、有用和经济的原则，力求使拆迁安置房成为“绿色、节能、人文、经济”的宜居之所。有些安置房，由于设计不尽合理、质量欠佳和配套物业不足等问题，直接影响城镇化的实施。现代的安置房过分强调基本原则、规划理念、空间结构、公共空间体系等角度设计，缺少对户型设计部分的讨论，对农民住宅多层化和公寓化设计讨论的不够深化细致。本文通过分析当前城市拆迁安置房的定义、特点、安置房设计存在的问题，结合实际案例，对拆迁安置房的设，进行分析讨论。为今后的安置房设计提供一定的参考价值。关键词：城市；安置房；定义；存在问题；设计理念Abstract The planning programming of resettlement housing becomes more and more important in our country’s present urbanization process. The design of resettlement housing here to the principle of safety, environmental, protection, practical and economical. We strive to make the resettlement housing become a domicile which is green, energy, culture and economy. Some resettlement housing influence the urbanization implementation directly, due to the unreasonable design, poor quality, the lack of supporting property and other analogous problems. Modern resettlement housing overemphasize the angle design such as the fundamental principles, planning concepts, spatial structure, public space system, it lack of the discussion on the part of the layout design and it is not intensive in residential multi-storey and apartment design research. This article analyzed and discussed the design of resettlement housing through analyzing the definition and characteristics of current urban resettlement housing, problems of resettlement housing design, combining with the actual case, provided some reference value for future resettlement housing design.Key words：City；Resettlement housing；Definitions；Problems；Design concept目 录摘 要 A...
