县城移民生态园区污水处理工程可行性讨论报告摘要本次毕业设计的任务是编制重庆某县城移民生态园区污水处理工程可行性讨论报告。主要包括污水处理工程规模及进出水水质的确定、污水处理工艺方案的确定及工程设计、工程投资估算及财务分析、污水处理工程相关设计图纸的绘制以及污水处理工程可行性讨论报告的编制。根据地形图、原始资料及水质要求,生态园区排水体制采纳严格雨、污分流制,污水作二级生化处理,在生态园区内设置一座污水处理厂,分两期建设,近期(2025 年)规模为 7500m3/d,远期(2025 年)规模为 15000m3/d。将污水集中处理达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2025)中的一级 B 标准后排入石马河。经技术经济比选,污水处理厂采纳 Carrousel 2000 型氧化沟工艺,污泥最终运至该县垃圾填埋场卫生填埋。本工程建设项目总投资为 3434.77 万元,其中工程费用为 2384.66 万元(污水处理厂工程 1472.05 万元;管网工程 912.61 万元)。单位处理成本为 1.02 元/吨,单位经营成本为 1.15 元/吨。本次毕业设计的成果为可行性讨论报告一份。关键词:生态园区,污水处理,Carrousel 2000 型氧化沟工艺,可行性讨论ABSTRACTThe task of the present graduation design is preparing the feasibility study report of the wastewater treatment project to immigrant ecological industrial park in a county of Chongqing.
