兰州工业学院毕业设计(论文)题目水轮机导水控止装置结构设计及加工工艺系 别 机械工程系 专 业 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指导老师(职称) 日 期 摘 要该课题讨论了水轮机发电机组的重要部套水轮机导水控止装置的结构设计及加工工艺,应用传统设计方法,分析了各种导水控制装置的优缺点。确定出一种合理的导水控制机械装置部分的设计方案,并通过力学性能核算,设计出该部套的总装配图以及关键零部件(摆臂、转轴等)的结构的图纸。最后通过编制加工工艺规程符合实际的加工要求,来初步验证此设计方案及加工工艺的可行性。结果表明此机械式导水控制装置的结构及加工工艺讨论可行,为水轮机发电机组的整体的设计提供了有用的理论依据。关键词:水力发电;导水控制;摇臂;开角ABSTRACTThis study investigated the water turbine generator set of important department set—Guide water control device structure design and processing technology.Application of traditional design and analyzes the various guide water control device of the advantages and disadvantages,and indentifies a reasonable guide water control machinery parts of the design scheme,and through the mechanics performance calculation,design a set of he general assemble drawings and key components, for example,rocker arm,shaft,and so on.Finlly,through the preparation processing procedvre conforms to the actual processing requirements,to verify the preliminary design scheme and the feasibility of the process.The result show that the mechaniced transmission control unit structure and processing technology research,feasible for turbine generator set the integra design of the provide beneficial theoretical basis.
