摘 要 毕业设计是培育工科学生的一个实践性教育环节,它是在学完全部专业课程并在做过课程设计的基础上进行。通过毕业设计进一步巩固扩大和深化了我们所学的基本理论。基本知识和基本技能,提高了我们设计计算制图,编写技术文件正确使用技术资料,标准手册等工具书的独立工作的能力。培育了我们综合运用所学的基础理论课、技术基础课和专业课的知识解决工程技术问题的能力。在这次别设计中,我查阅有关资料。考虑到生产要求是大批量生产并且加工工件是弧形的,为提高生产率,所以该专用机床带有仿形的功能并且是半自动化的。在老师的指导下完成了 200mm 外圆和端面通用机床的设计。在机械设计过程中考虑到节约能源、使用方便、成本低等要求。在电设过程中,力求做到结构简单,功耗小,成本低。关键词 专用机床;仿形功能;半自动化AbstractGraduation design is to develop a practical engineering students education link, it is in full professional course and in doing curriculum design basis.Through the graduation design further consolidate expand and deepen our learned basic theories.
