摘 要 本文以北京苗家箩箩酒店员工流失现状为实证讨论,对该机构的员工流失的情况及原因进行了分析,并结合北京地区餐饮行业的特点以及餐饮行业的成功经验,从人力资源管理的角度,有针对性地从薪酬福利、绩效管理、人性化管理等七个方面提出了相应的措施和解决方案,对稳定北京地区餐饮行业员工队伍,减少员工流失给餐饮行业造成的损失,提高企业的竞争力具有一定的理论和现实意义。 关键词:北京地区;餐饮行业;员工流失;对策 Abstract This paper used the status of staff turnover of Beijing Miaojia luoluo restaurant as empirical study to analyze the situation and reasons of the staff turnover of this institution in 2025, and combined with the characteristics and successful experience in the catering industry in Beijing, from the perspective of human resource management to put forward appropriate measures and solutions targeted from seven aspects of the pay and benefits, performance management, management of the human nature .All these has certain theoretical and practical significance for Food industry to stabilize Beijing staff, reduce staff turnover to the losses caused by food and beverage industry to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
