摘 要 本文以北京苗家箩箩酒店员工流失现状为实证讨论,对该机构的员工流失的情况及原因进行了分析,并结合北京地区餐饮行业的特点以及餐饮行业的成功经验,从人力资源管理的角度,有针对性地从薪酬福利、绩效管理、人性化管理等七个方面提出了相应的措施和解决方案,对稳定北京地区餐饮行业员工队伍,减少员工流失给餐饮行业造成的损失,提高企业的竞争力具有一定的理论和现实意义
