铁厂综合配料自动控制系统设计摘要本论文主要讨论铁厂配料自动控制系统设计。在设计该控制系统时,查阅了大量国内外文献,结合国内外现代化高炉的先进技术和进展趋势,以及企业的工程实际和用户的要求来设计合理的控制系统方案。同时,考虑到国内钢铁企业的实际情况,在跟踪国际先进技术的前提下,保持了符合国情的适度先进性,从而获得最佳的性能价格比。该项目采纳德国的 Siemens 公司的 S7-200 系列 PLC,运用与之相匹配的STEP7 编程软件,通过梯形图(LAD)编程语言编制了下位机的控制程序,从而使该槽下配料系统可以按要求自动完成配料、称重、装料全过程,并自动实现称量补偿。同时,采纳了亚控公司的 Kingview(组态王)工控组态软件对上位机监控软件组态,实现现场数据实时记录和监控,设计了实时称重、记录查询、报警、实时模拟等具有组态王风格的动态操作画面。PLC 和设置在操作室的工控机组通过 PPI 电缆组成一个混合型的工业控制系统,发挥上级工业 PC 和下级 PLC 各自的优势。关键词:配料,自动控制,软件组态,可编程逻辑控制器The automatic control system design of Ironworks’ batchingABSTRACTThe task researches ironworks automatic ingredient control system design.In the title of designed the Control system.
