防 盗 标 签 机 控 制 系 统 的 设 计 与 实 现摘 要本 文 设 计 实 现 的 是 防 盗 磁 条 标 签 机 控 制 系 统 ，其 中 包 括 了 单 片 机 ， PLC 和 人 机 界 面 等 方 面 的 知 识 。本 文 首 先 介 绍 的 是 防 盗 磁 条 标 签 机 的 工 艺 要 求 和 进展 前 景 ， 对 于 单 片 机 、 PLC 和 人 机 界 面 的 基 本 原 理 做了 一 个 简 要 的 说 明 ， 设 计 了 防 盗 标 签 机 控 制 系 统 的框架图和系统的总体结构设计，对PLC 的控制电路、89C51 单 片 机 系 统 和 触 摸 屏 进 行 的 初 步的 设 计 制 作。后面对步进电机、PLC控制电路和C51单片机系统进行了硬件设计，设计了触摸屏的原理图，最后 编 写 了 单 片 机 和 PLC 具 体 控 制 程 序 。关键词： PLC；单片机；触摸屏；防盗磁条；标 签 机THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANTI-THEFT MAGNETIC LABELING MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEMAbstractThis article is designed to achieve an anti-theft magnetic labeling machine control system, including the knowledge of microcontroller, PLC and HMI. This paper describes the process requirements and the development prospects of the anti-theft magnetic automatic labeling machine, makes a brief description of the basic principles of SCM, PLC and HMI,we designed the system’s framework map and the structural design of security tags, then we du an preliminary design of the PLC control circuit, 89C51 microcontroller system and touch screen production.
