本科毕业设计(论文)题目:高温环块摩擦磨损试验机设计 院 (系): 机电工程学院 专 业: 机械设计制造及自动化 班 级: 11021 4 学 生: 周 潇 学 号: 11021012 4 指导老师: 曹 蔚 2025 年 5 月高温环块摩擦磨损实验机设计摘 要 摩擦学是实践生活中使用特别广泛的应用型学科,目的是对摩擦磨损现象及其本质进行讨论,正确认识各种因素对摩擦磨损性能的影响,从而确定符合使用要求摩擦副元件的最优参数。摩擦磨损试验机是进摩擦磨损试验的有效设备。考虑其摩擦磨损实验技术中环境摩擦系数和摩擦力是影响摩擦的重要参数,以及根据现代磨损试验机存在的现状,为了能更方便简单来测量实验材料的摩擦特性,我们拟定设计了高温环块式摩擦磨损试验机。在设计中运用了液压加载加载原理以及摩擦学和机械设计制造理论方面的相关知识,基本完成了设计目标。该实验机结构简单,运行稳定,操作方便,可以满足在不同载荷、不同速度、各种摩擦材料等条件下进行摩擦学实验的需要。 关键词:环块/磨损/试验机/设计 ABSTRACT Friction is a very practical application of scientific .The purpose of friction and wear tests on the friction and wear in order to study the phenomenon and its essence, the correct assessment of the various factors on the friction and wear properties to determine compliance requirements of the friction pair components using the optimal parameters.
