临床教学质量影响因素与对策分析[摘要] 临床实践阶段是医学教育过程中的重要环节，是学生由理论向实践过度的桥梁，是被动受教到主动学习的转变，是学生向医生跨越的阶段。临床教学质量受众多因素影响，本文通过分析影响教学基地教学质量的因素，找出共性原因，为进一步讨论奠定基础。同时，针对存在的问题探究解决的方法与对策，为提高临床教学质量理清思路。 [关键词] 临床基地；教学质量；对策 [Abstract] Clinical practice stage is the important segment in the process of medical education， the bridge between theory and practice in students， the change from passive education to active learning， the spanned phase from students to doctors. The clinical teaching quality is influenced by many factors. This paper analyzes multiple factors which determine the quality of clinical teaching， and finds out the common reasons， in order to lay the foundation for further research. Meanwhile， this paper aims at solving the existing problems and finding out the countermeasures， which help to improve the quality of clinical teaching. [Key words] Clinical base； Teaching quality； Countermeasures 临床实践阶段是医学教育过程中的重要环节，临床思维能力和实践技能也是在此阶段逐步形成的，为由学生转变成合格的医师奠定基础。近年来，追踪医学生的毕业质量，“临床实践能力较差”[1]成为反馈的重点问题，这种现象应引起高度关注。分析影响实践教学效果的因素，解析产生影响的原因，制订提高实践培育质量的有效对策，对培育一名合格的医学人才有着极其重要的意义。 1 现状分析 医学教育临床实践包括医学生的临床见习、临床实习、毕业实习等临床教学实践活动和试用期医学毕业生的临床实践活动；医学生的临床教学实践活动在临床教学基地进行，在临床带教老师指导下参加临床诊疗活动，实现学习目的。我国 2025 年招收医学生 23.9 万人，在校医学生约 106.4 万人[2]，临床教学基地承担此类人才培育过程中约 50%[3]以上的教学任务，决定着医学毕业生的质量。 1.1 国内现状 法律建设是权益有力的保障，但教育类法规在阐述时未规定学生的医疗职责，医疗类法规也是如此，...
