全面质量管理论文

摘要经济全球化的迅猛进展，使得机遇与挑战并存。目前对于作为“机械制造大国”的中国而言，如何不断提升产品质量已经成为关系国际竞争力的战略性考量。推动全面质量管理理论在我国的应用和进展已成为企业可持续成长的必由之路。本文在概述全面质量管理相关理论和分析金凤选矿机械公司全面质量管理现状的基础上，剖析了金凤选矿机械公司质量管理不足，并从提高全员质量意识，全员参加质量管理，建立和遵循全过程质量管理体系，实施以顾客为中心的质量战略四个方面论述了如何改进和完善其全面质量管理体系，期望对如何推动金凤选矿机械公司提高全面质量管理水平，从而提高公司的核心竞争力和创新能力提供一定的借鉴意义。关键词：全面质量管理；问题；对策山东科技大学毕业设计（论文）AbstractWith the rapid development of economic globalization, making theopportunities and challenges .The current "mechanical manufacturing power" asfor China, how to continuously improve product quality has become theinternational competitiveness of strategic considerations relationship.
