摘 要 标签打印, 顾名思义就是打印标签。标签是指产品上的文字图形符号及一切的说明物。 随着市场经济的进展和商品的激烈竞争, 标签已成为公平交易、 商品竞争的一种重要形式。随着科技的进步、 标准法律规范化管理、 企业快速进展不断地提高, 各行各业对标签的质量、 形象、 安全、 高效、 准确管理的要求越来越高! 法律规范标签管理已经成为各行管理的各业各部门重要内容之一, 受到越来越多管理者的高度重视, 因此标签的制作及打印已经成为日常工作的一部分, 如何高效的制作出优质标签将成为大家关注的一个问题, 特别是在中国大多数需要使用标签的机构, 如高效管理中普遍没有专业的打印机支持, 在此前提下, 如何在普通打印机上实现高质量的标签的排版和打印, 是有一定普遍意义的。因此本次设计主要为了实现更加方便快捷的控制标签打印的过程以及标签内容更易改的打印系统而设计。本次设计的主要思路为经过 PLC 控制俩部分来实现, 第一部分经过 PLC 的输出控制沟通接触的线圈来控制标签打印电机的运行, 进行标签打印; 第二部分, 经过 PLC 的输出控制频器, 在经过变频器对传送电机进行三段速的控制, 最终实现设计。 经过最终测试, 实现了以上的标签打印设计。关键词: PLC, 沟通接触器, 变频器ABSTRACTLabel printing, just as its name implies is to print label.
