基于原材料对 SBS 改性沥青的影响分析基于原材料对 SBS 改性沥青的影响分析 摘要：SBS 改性沥青具有优良的技术性能，在我国高速公路上得到了广泛的应用。从理论的角度讨论 SBS 改性沥青的影响因素，通过对 SBS 改性沥青原材料的性质的试验讨论分析，阐述了 SBS 改性沥青在使用工程中对其原材料的选择以及不同的选择所带来的效果差异，并提出提高要科学生产和使用改性沥青，为 SBS 改性沥青在路面的路用性能使用上起到了理论指导作用。 关键词：SBS 改性沥青；原材料；影响分析 Abstract: SBS modified asphalt has good technical performance and has been widely used on the highway. This paper studies the influential factors of SBS modified asphalt from a theoretical perspective. Through the experimental study and analysis of the properties of SBS modified asphalt’s raw material, it states the different effects of the application of SBS modified asphalt to a project resulting from the different choices of the raw material of SBS modified asphalt. It further points out the need of the improvement of scientific production and application of SBS modified asphalt, thus providing a theoretical guidance for the usage and road performance of SBS modified asphalt on the highway. Key words: SBS modified asphalt; raw material; analysis of the effects 中图分类号：TF526+.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 1 引言 针对我国国土面积大，地域广，气候差异大的特点，为了提高路面的使用性能，延长使用寿命，沥青路面的技术应用水平和讨论水平也达到了很高的层次。其中采纳聚合物对沥青进行改性技术的应用，给沥青路面的进展带来了很大的效益改善。目前用于道路沥青改性最为普遍、效果较为显著的改性剂是热塑性弹性体SBS（Styrene-Butadiene- Styrene)。虽然 SBS 改性沥青是现在道路路用性能比较好的产品，但是在一些使用过程中并没有达到预期的效果。通过对 SBS 改性沥青的原材料性质试验分析，结果发现并不是所有的沥青都能与SBS 很好的相容，在应用 SBS 改性沥青时应该了解和熟悉它的性质，否则会影响使用效果。因此，为了科学生产和...
