Keywords: water-based paint; film-forming mechanism; water-based epoxy resin coating; water-based acrylic paint; waterborne polyurethane coating 前言 水性树脂涂料是以水基性上光油为主体的一种水性树脂涂料．包括专用上光机用水性光油、柔性版水性光油、凹版水性光油、水性磨光油(压光胶)，以及水性薄膜复合粘合剂等。水性树脂涂料由于采纳水作为分散介质，无火灾隐患，生产成本低，具有无色、无味、无毒、低粘度、快干、透明度强、高固含量、无有机挥发物、成本低、来源广、可用水稀释和清洗、对操作要求相对较宽等特点，符合绿色生产要求。故具有十分宽阔的进展前景。可作水性树脂涂料基料的树脂包括醇酸、环氧、丙烯酸、聚氨酯和聚酯树脂等。另需添加各种添加剂，如助溶剂、乳化剂、成膜助剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、催干剂、防霉杀菌剂、缓蚀剂等。日本、英国、德国对防霉杀菌剂的讨论系统。水性树脂涂料所用的防霉杀菌剂主要 水性树脂涂料的讨论现状 是有机噻唑类及一些无机金属离子抗菌剂。水性树脂涂料应用于金属基体上，在涂膜未干时易引起基体腐蚀，因此选用合适的水性树脂涂料用缓蚀剂也是很关键的。...
