浅析“反规划”理论在镇总体规划中的应用浅析“反规划”理论在镇总体规划中的应用 摘要：反规划理论是城市规划领域中的一个重要讨论方向，强调通过优先进行非建设区域的控制，来实现城市空间规划。本文通过介绍反规划理论及其价值，结合茂林镇上一版镇总体规划现状及其问题，提出将反规划理论引入新一轮的镇总体规划中去，从而提高生态空间规划和土地利用规划的合理性。 关键词：反规划理论；镇总体规划；土地利用规划 Abstract: the planning theory in the field of urban planning is an important research direction, on the construction of regional priority control, to realize the city space planning.
