Check all welding joints and connection parts of the tank and confirm there is no leakage. Then the pressure is increased.2025 年 8 月 30 日 18:30 压力升至试验压力的 90%即 1.188MPa ,保持 15min,再次对球罐的所有焊接接头和连接部位进行渗漏检查,经检查后确认无渗漏,继续升压。On 18:30 Aug 30, 2025, the pressure reached 90% of the tested pressure which is 1.188MPa, and keep this pressure for 15 mins. Recheck all welding joints and connection parts of the tank and confirm there is no leakage. Then the pressure is increased.2025 年 8 月 30 日 20:00 压力升至试验压力即 1.32MPa。On 20:00 Aug 30, 2025, the pressure reached the tested pressure which is 1.32MPa.2025 年 9 月 2 日 20:10 压力降至设计压力即 0.88MPa ,对球罐的所有焊接接头和连接部位进行渗漏检查,经检查后确认无渗漏后泄压。On 20:10 Sep 2, 2025, the pressure lowered to designed pressure which is 0.88MPa and check all welding joints and connection parts of the tank and confirm there is no leakage and then release the pressure.水压试验完毕。The hydraulic test finished.试验结果Test result根据国标 ASME VIII - VOLUME I,本产品经过 1.32MPa 液压试验,无渗漏,无可见的异常变形,符合标准要求。合格According to ASME VIII - VOLUME I standard, this product is no leakage or visible abnormal deformation tested by 1.32MPa hydraulic test.
