前 言 本工程是杭州市云舒大厦消防给排水设计，云舒大厦总高为 73m，属于一类高层建筑。该大厦是集宾馆、餐饮中心、办公、综合市场等于一体的综合性建筑。云舒大厦可分为标准层、裙房和地下室，本次设计根据要求完成云舒大厦的消防系统和裙房给排水设计。其中消防系统包括消火栓系统和自动喷洒系统。本次工程中消防系统和给水系统分开设置，消火栓系统与自动喷洒系统共同设计。根据法律规范要求消火栓系统分一个区；自动喷洒系统分区要求不能超过 50m。消火栓系统要保证两股水柱能到达任何位置，整个消防系统要保证三个水源（消防水池、消防水箱、水泵接合器）。消火栓系统流量 41.9L/s，选用 3 套水泵接合器，2 台消防泵一用一备。自动喷洒系统分为 2 个区，低区（地下一层至四层）和高区（五层至十七层）。自喷系统流量高低区均为 23.94L/s，故均设置 2 套是泵接合器。消火栓系统和自喷系统合用一套增压设备，包括 2 台增压泵和一个气压罐。高区分 4 个报警阀组，低区 2个报警阀组。给排水做裙房，包括了餐厅，商场等多种场合用水，选用水箱加水泵的给水方式。总给水流量为 3.97L/s，设置 2 台给水泵互为备用，生活水箱大小为 30m3。关键词 消防系统 给水系统 排水系统 设计 PrefaceThis project is the design of Hangzhou Yunshu building fire fight system ,the water supply system and drainage system .
