企业人才流失的原因及对策 摘要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的进展，市场竞争更加激烈。企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，人才是关键。为避开人才流失，防止人才过于频繁流动而给企业带来的不利影响，企业必须实行有效的解决对策。本文通过对当前企业人才管理现状的论述，分析了企业人才流失的原因，提出了在新形势下解决企业人才流失的对策，以切实解决企业人才流失危机。关键字：人才流失；原因；对策Abstract ： As China's socialist market economy , market competition become more intense . Enterprises in the fierce competition in the market in an invincible position , talent is the key . In order to avoid brain drain , to prevent the flow of talent too frequently to the negative impact of enterprises , enterprises must adopt effective countermeasures .
